What Lachance Fit actually does.
Six interlocking systems. Each earns its place. Nothing is window-dressing.
- 01
Workouts + the Atlas
Log a session — exercises, sets, reps, weight. The Atlas (a live muscle map) lights up the muscles each set trained: primary movers full XP, synergists half. Sixteen canonical muscle groups level on a square-root curve, so under-trained groups stay slate and warmed-up muscles glow. The 'neglected three' callout tells you which groups your last 30 days have starved.
- 02
Quests + bosses (perpetual progression)
Quests are short bodyweight challenges — 30 seconds to 10 minutes, no gym needed, rolled fresh every day. Bosses are themed chains of real exercises: clear chain → defeat boss → boss levels up. Level 1 Goblin Raider wants 20 push-ups. Level 50 Goblin Raider wants 69. The wall isn't a number we picked — it's the one your body draws.
- 03
Food, water, supplements
Search a 1M+ entry food database, save recipes as templates, log a meal in one click. Hydration gets a daily target and a visual water bottle that fills as you log. Supplements get a per-day schedule with reminders. All of it feeds the same skill tree (nutrition, hydration) so consistent fueling levels its own discipline.
- 04
Class + mastery score
Eleven character classes — Warrior, Berserker, Paladin, Ranger, Druid, Monk, Vampire, and four hybrids — each tied to a real training archetype. Master your primary path, unlock a secondary for a combined identity. Mastery is an aggregate score across all skills + achievements that grows forever. No level cap, no soft reset.

AI coach
Chat with a coach that reads your last 7 days of logs before it opens its mouth. Skipped legs three weeks running? It knows. Hydration drifted? It knows. No generic 'be kind to yourself' filler — grounded answers about your training and recovery. Not a doctor. Not medical advice. A guide.
- 06
Achievements + custom goals
Hundreds of built-in achievements across strength, consistency, nutrition, and hidden challenges. Plus a custom-goal engine — write your own trigger ('drink 4 L water for 7 days in a row'), set the title and XP reward, ship it. Designed for the gamers who write their own meta.
