Each class is a real training archetype dressed in fantasy. Heavy compound lifts feed a Warrior; max-effort singles feed a Berserker; clean lifting + clean eating feeds a Paladin. Structured cardio feeds a Ranger; daily walks and weekend hikes feed a Druid; daily mobility feeds a Monk; high-volume posterior chain after sundown feeds a Vampire. Master your primary, unlock a second path for a combined identity.

See your body level up.

A live map of every muscle group, lit by the work you've actually done. No fake "calories burned" math. Just sets, reps, and a body that paints itself stronger.

  • Every set lights up the muscles it trained. Primary movers get full XP; synergists get half.
  • Sixteen canonical muscle groups, each leveling on its own square-root curve. Untrained groups stay slate; warmed-up muscles glow.
  • Click any muscle for its level history, the last sessions that hit it, and the top exercises driving its XP.

The "neglected three" callout tells you what's getting starved. Train the gap. Watch it warm.

    "Lift 10,000 kg this year." "Run 1000 km." "500 active days." Configure the goal; we track it against every log automatically.

    Daily streaks are tactical. Year goals are strategic — the kind of stretch that gives a January workout meaning in November. Set the wall; we'll measure the climb.

  • Wearable integration
