Plans
Multi-week schedules — PPL, Upper/Lower, custom blocks. The dashboard tells you what to do today; one click starts the session.
Train hard · track honestly · own your data
Every rep levels it. Every day skipped is felt.
The real-fitness RPG. Track every workout, meal, water, and supplement. Pick a class. Climb bosses that scale forever. The diary is yours.
No ads. No tracking. Just you and the iron.
The body in the gym, the data in the diary, the character on the page — all writing to the same file.
Workouts, quests, and boss chains. Real progressive overload — every win adds a rep to the next fight. No grinding flat numbers.
Food, water, supplements, weight, sleep. One diary. Honest by design — the only person you'd be lying to is you.
Pick a class. Earn titles by doing the work. Climb a mastery score that grows forever — there is no level cap.
Seven paths
Each class is a real training archetype dressed in fantasy. Heavy compound lifts feed a Warrior; max-effort singles feed a Berserker; clean lifting + clean eating feeds a Paladin. Structured cardio feeds a Ranger; daily walks and weekend hikes feed a Druid; daily mobility feeds a Monk; high-volume posterior chain after sundown feeds a Vampire. Master your primary, unlock a second path for a combined identity.
Three strength variants, two outdoor / cardio paths, one mobility, one patient-predator outlier.
Atlas
A live map of every muscle group, lit by the work you've actually done. No fake "calories burned" math. Just sets, reps, and a body that paints itself stronger.
The "neglected three" callout tells you what's getting starved. Train the gap. Watch it warm.
Every feature here answers one question: what should I do today?

Skip the heavy day. 20-minute walk, long stretch. Next week needs last week to recover.
Save your usual meals as templates. Log a five-ingredient stir-fry in one click.
Write your own achievements. 'Drink 4 L water seven days in a row.' Trigger fires; XP lands; title earned.
Drink 4 L · 7 days
5 of 7 days logged. Earns +120 XP.
Plus body measurements, quest rolls, supplement reminders, weekly summaries, and a guided onboarding tour you can replay anytime.
Each boss is a chain of real exercises that levels up after every clear. Level 1 wants 20 push-ups. Level 50 wants 69. The wall isn't a number we picked — it's the one your body draws.

No — your last log was Friday. Walks count. Mobility counts. The diary keeps the chain.Real example · grounded in your real week
Roadmap
Lachance Fit is built in public. Below: what we've already delivered, what we're building now, what we want to ship next, and what we're testing in the lab. Each item gets a rationale so you can tell us if we're betting on the right things.
Cloud version — live
Hosted at lachance.ai with AI coach tokens included. No setup required.
Atlas — live muscle map
Sixteen muscle groups, square-root level curves, the "neglected three" callout.

GDPR-grade privacy
Explicit consent gate, audit log, per-user grant history, instant data export.
Same RPG, native on your phone, HealthKit + Google Fit syncing the workouts you log elsewhere.
Logging from the gym floor shouldn't require a browser tab. Native is faster, lockscreen widgets matter, and HealthKit pulls the cardio you already do.
Smarter selection by your training stage, sharper animations, better difficulty curves.
Quests are the heartbeat. They're what gets you moving on rest days. Making them feel like a real reward, not a chore, is non-negotiable.
Current locales get human polish; Spanish, French, Ukrainian and Portuguese are next on the queue.
The current AI-translated drafts get you 80 percent of the way. The last 20 percent — natural register, idioms, brand voice — needs a human pass and we're shipping it.
Build a quest from chains of existing ones, tune the difficulty, send it to a friend on the public profile list. They beat it; you both get XP.
The best quests are the ones your training buddy designs for you. Putting that toolkit in user hands turns a content library into a content engine.
"Lift 10,000 kg this year." "Run 1000 km." "500 active days." Configure the goal; we track it against every log automatically.
Daily streaks are tactical. Year goals are strategic — the kind of stretch that gives a January workout meaning in November. Set the wall; we'll measure the climb.
Apple Watch, Garmin, Wahoo, Whoop. HRV-aware deload suggestions from the AI coach.
Strap-on metrics belong in the same diary. Recovery is half the game and the data is already on your wrist.
Periodic events where every active user contributes reps to a community boss. Loot for everyone on victory.
Single-player loops plateau. Shared adversity creates the memories. Beating something together is what made guilds permanent in MMOs.
Point your phone at yourself. See the muscle heatmap painted on your reflection in real time.
The Atlas is our best feature. Bringing it into the real world via the camera is the obvious next step — see your work, not just the numbers.
Snap a plate. Get a logged meal with macro breakdown and ingredient guesses.
Logging food is the single highest-friction step in any fitness app. Computer vision finally makes 'fuel and forget' tractable for honest tracking.
Miss a week, lose levels. Like Diablo II — but for your body.
Some of us thrive on stakes. The streak-shame popups in normal apps are noise; hardcore makes the consequence mean something for those who want it.
Define your own training archetype. Pick the stat curves, the boss chain, the title unlocks.
Eleven built-in classes won't cover every body or every goal. Power users want to build the meta themselves — and the best ideas come from players.
We read every email. If something on this roadmap is wrong, or there's a feature you'd grind for, tell us.
Pick the version that fits the life you actually have. Your data follows you across all of them.
